Our company produces electronic ballast products in five series: UBC, UBW, UBV, UBD, and UBN.

The UBC, UBW, and UBV series products all have an input voltage of 90-265V. Frequency 50/60HE AC power supply, UBC series constant output power, nominal value from 50W to 320W. The UBW series products can be controlled by the control port on the ballast and adjusted with an external potentiometer to achieve control of ultraviolet lamp illumination. The UBV series products use a 0-10V DC power supply to control the illumination of ultraviolet lamps. The nominal output power of these two series of products ranges from 150W to 320W. The output power adjustment range of each variety can be adjusted to about 30% of the nominal value, with slight differences among different models of ultraviolet lamps.
The above three series of products all use dedicated ballasts to control integrated circuits, in order to meet the starting characteristics of ultraviolet lamps, ensuring smooth starting and safe, stable and reliable operation of the lamps.
In order to suppress radio frequency interference and line conduction interference, an electromagnetic compatibility circuit is configured and zero voltage switching (ZVS) technology is adopted. There are also active power factor compensation circuits, filament preheating soft start circuits, lamp disconnection protection, and lamp failure protection functions. The technical performance parameters of this series of products meet the following indicators.

There are normal working status indicator lights (green light on) and fault protection status indicator lights (red light on) installed on the front of the ballast. Install an ultra small high-power relay inside the ballast to provide users with a pair of normally closed and normally open contacts, which are led out from the wiring terminals on the ballast. Switchable voltage AC277V/DC30V, switchable current 10A, switchable power AC2770VA/DC300VA.
The UBN series products can be powered by AC 110V or 220V. Due to the absence of APFC circuit, the allowable input voltage variation range is only ± 10% of the nominal value, and the output power also varies with the input voltage. It does not have a filament preheating soft start circuit and is only suitable for low-power instantaneous start UV lamp applications. The product has load open circuit and short circuit protection functions, and its advantages are cheap price and small size. Technical parameters can be found in the UB220N product list.
The UBD series products are powered by 12V or 24V DC input, with output power ranging from 4W to 36W. This series of products uses a square high-frequency self-excited oscillator circuit. No preheating delay soft start circuit, only suitable for instantaneous starting of ultraviolet lamps. There is an input voltage polarity reversal protection circuit, and load open circuit and short circuit protection functions.

The Aerospace Hongda UB series ballasts are suitable for UV light sources ranging from 4W to 350W, with strong anti-interference ability, efficiency greater than 90%, high reliability: with short-circuit and open circuit protection functions, and a wide range of environmental adaptation temperatures: -25 ℃ -+70 ℃.
