Installation, debugging, and usage

1. This equipment is used for air disinfection and sterilization at the entrance of high-speed railway station and installed at the entrance.

2. This purification equipment has its own zigzag power plug, which is inserted into the equipment at the entrance of the high-speed railway. After power on, the power indicator lights up, and then turn on the air disinfection and sterilization equipment switch, and the equipment work indicator lights up to start work.

3. Push the equipment into the high-speed rail station equipment and lock it.

4. During work, please do not directly touch the light tube of the equipment, and do not look directly at it. Do not directly irradiate the skin to avoid damage;

5. During use, the lamp tube should be kept clean. Generally, it should be cleaned with an alcohol swab every 2 weeks. If dust or oil stains are found on the surface of the lamp tube, it should be wiped off at any time. Equipment inspection should be conducted once a month to ensure normal operation of the equipment;

6. When disinfecting equipment, sufficient dosage should be reached. When the lamp intensity is below 70Uw/cm2, the lamp should be replaced. Or establish a usage time registration card, if the usage time exceeds 1000H, the lamp tube should be replaced;

7. The equipment shall be used for 3-6 months continuously, and professional instruments shall be used for regular strength test to ensure good disinfection and sterilization effect.

Transportation and Storage

1. The product is packaged in cardboard boxes.

2. The product should not be directly affected by rain, frost, or fog during transportation, and there should be no damage such as compression or impact.

3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse with a relative humidity of less than 85%, at least 50mm above the ground, and with a stacking height of no more than 2 layers.

Unpacking and inspection

1. When you purchase this product, you should open the box for inspection and count all items according to the packing list.

2. The packaging should be intact and undamaged.

3. If you find any damage or loose parts of this product during unboxing, please contact us promptly.

Precautions for safe use

1. Do not plug or unplug the power supply with wet hands.

2. Try not to place the device in direct sunlight to avoid damaging the internal electronic components due to high temperatures.

3. Do not clean this machine with water to prevent electrical leakage.

4. Do not block the air vent with your hands or other objects to avoid affecting air circulation.

5. To clean the ventilation opening, unplug the power and wipe it clean with a soft cloth.

6. When cleaning the air inlet filter, the power should be unplugged before cleaning.
